About this Event
Floral STEM Lab™ is a hands-on youth enrichment experience created by AVS Events & Floral Art Institute to introduce students to the intersection of science, art, design, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
Led by a scientist-turned-luxury event and floral design professional, this program helps students explore real-world STEM concepts through flowers, plants, creative design, and business-inspired activities.
Students will learn through guided, age-appropriate experiences including:
• Plant science and floral anatomy
• Color theory and design principles
• Sustainable floral practices
• Creative problem-solving
• Hands-on floral and plant-based projects
• Introductory entrepreneurship and presentation skills
• A final mini showcase or take-home project presentation
This is not a typical arts-and-crafts camp. Floral STEM Lab™ is designed as an elevated, educational, hands-on experience for curious students who enjoy science, creativity, nature, design, and making things with their hands.
