The deep frequencies help calm the nervous system shift brainwaves into a meditative state and may support the release of physical and emotional tension. Many participants report feeling grounded centered and deeply relaxed.
No other instruments are played in this session. Just the steady immersive tones of the gong guiding you into a state of inner stillness and balance.

- This class is experienced barefoot.
