Please dress in warm, comfortable clothing and bring along blankets, pillows & cosy socks for the ultimate experience

1) Please arrive on time! Doors will be open at 7:40pm for a 7:45pm start, please wait in the hallway for the doors to open. Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be permitted to the session (no refunds if you are more than 10 minutes late, very sorry!)

2) If you have a persistent cough or you're showing any , please DO NOT attend the session. We reserve the right to refuse entry. You can pass on your ticket to family or friends as we can't offer last minute refunds. See our cancellation policy below.

3) Please wait in the seating area located in the corridor. Doors will be open at 7:40pm for a 7:45pm start.

4) Clothing: Please wear form-fitting clothing. Ensure clothing is "zipper free" and remove all jewellery (body piercings, watches and hair clips etc). These items can damage the silk hammocks.

5) Weight limit is up 300 pounds (140kg). The hammocks are not suitable if you have recently had surgery or have a medical condition with the shoulders or back.

6) This session is not suitable for people with pacemakers and other therapeutic electronic devices or persons suffering from severe mental health issues, epilepsy, vertigo, high blood pressure ir hypertension due to the vibratory nature of the session. These sessions are not suitable for 1st Trimester Pregnancy. Due to the hanging nature of the hammocks, if you are pregnant you will be attending at your own discression. Please seek advice from your GP if you have any concerns prior to attending our session.

7)By attending this session you confirm that you have read all of the above and are attending at your own discression. If you have any health concerns, you have confimed with your GP that it is safe for you to attend this session

All tickets are non-refundable. Due to being a small business, I am unable to facilitate refunds at this time. You are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member.

Please arrive on time! We have to demonstrate how to embark your hammock. If you miss the demonstration you will be unable to partake in the session and we are unable to give refunds if this is the case.
