Our journey begins with a 5-minute guided meditation to ground your energy and set your New Moon intentions. You will then be invited to get comfortable for an immersive 45-minute restorative sound bath led by DeAngela Johnson.

We will conclude with 10 minutes of integration, offering space to journal your reflections, gently check in with yourself, or connect with those present before transitioning back into your evening.
