In his nearly 25 year career, Brian has lead multi discipline project teams that have delivered projects that have exceeded $500M in capital costs. As a people leader, Brian enjoys mentoring and learning from those around him. He prides himself in being an active listener and contributor to the growth of his teammates and others within the ACEC industry in their technical and personal growth.

Hayley Bond is a Principal, Business Center Practice Lead, Project Manager, and Senior Archaeologist in Stantecโs Environmental Services group. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked across British Columbia and Washington State in both the public and private sectors. A qualified permit holder, she leads provincially regulated archaeological assessments and works collaboratively with Indigenous Nations, providing practical regulatory and heritage resource management expertise.

Irvin is an Associate and Senior Design Engineer with PBX Engineering in Victoria, BC, and serves as Regional Municipal Utilities Lead across Vancouver Island. In this role, he oversees delivery standards and supports teams and clients through complex project challenges. With 16 years of experience, he is known for fostering collaboration, and aligning perspectives to keep projects moving forward.

Sandy Godwin, P.Eng., is the Director of Planning and Engineering at the Victoria Airport Authority, where he leads the airportโs capital program, including a major terminal expansion. With over 15 years of owner-side experience across airports, ferry terminals, and wastewater infrastructure, he has learned that conflict is often unavoidable but manageable with the right approach and a bit of patience.
