Join Megan for a playful and empowering workshop exploring inversions and arm balances, where you’ll build strength, balance, and confidence in a supportive environment.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll start with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body, then explore handstands, forearm balances, and other arm balances at your own pace. Megan will guide you step by step, offering options for every level, so whether you’re a total beginner or a regular practitioner looking to go a little deeper, you’ll leave feeling both grounded and inspired. We’ll finish with a calming cool-down to integrate your practice and recharge for the year ahead.
