Flight Feathers Poetry Slam is back! This time we will hosting the event from Hot-Tap Theatre in St. Andrew's Mews, Hastings. We are looking for new poets and experienced poets alike to take part in our slam on Saturday the 31st of August 2025. There are four fledgling (newcomer) spots and 4 Falcon (experienced poet) spots to be filled. Please email: [email protected] to sign up in advance.
The night will start at 7pm, running until 10pm, followed by an afterparty upstairs until 11pm. We ask for a minimum donation of £8 at the door and are happy to give concessions for those on a low income. There will be a bar with drinks at a price that won't break your wallet. We are waiting to confirm our headliners - but you rest assured they will be top-notch.
The night will be hosted by Lucas The Peaceful Poet and Curtis Arnold-Harmer. We are thrilled to be back and at such a brilliant venue. Expect lots of raucous poetry and a supportive environment. See you on the 31st!
