About This EventLearning to use flax processing equipment and spinning the fibre that connects you to centuries of Canadian and global textile tradition. With patience and practice, you can produce beautiful linen yarn for a variety of uses.
Students to Bring:
Spinning wheel or drop spindle
Small bowl or container for water
3 bobbins (2 for spinning, 1 for plying)
Materials Cost: $15 to be paid to instructor
