👩🏽‍🍳Starter

Indian Bread Rolls - Indian potato bread rolls, also known as Aloo Bread Rolls or Potato Croquettes, are a very popular, savoury food and tea-time snack. They are best described as crispy on the outside, with a soft, spicy, and tangy mashed potato filling inside.

🍛 Main Course

Chicken Coconut Curry - also known as Kuku Paka, is tender chicken simmered in a creamy coconut sauce infused with ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and warming Indian spices—an East African coastal classic shaped by Swahili and Indian culinary traditions. Served with fresh basmati rice.

🍮 Sweets

Sweet Vermicelli (Sev) - A classic dessert made by toasting noodles in butter/ghee, then slow-cooking them with sugar, cardamom, and dried fruits—simple, rich, and nostalgic.
