About this Event

Ready To Live With Clarity, Confidence, and Heart.

You’ve done the therapy. Now it’s time to go deeper into the body.

The Integrated Man Intensive is a two-day immersion where you’ll meet the parts of yourself that still hold fear, shame, and doubt. Through Gestalt dialogue, somatic work, and breath-led integration, you’ll turn insight into embodiment. This is the space where awareness becomes action, and men reclaim grounded power.

Do you find yourself making the same mistakes in relationships at home or at work, year after year?

Shadow and Breath will help you make sense of how this repeating theme continues to cycle, where it comes from, and what needs to be done to free yourself from its grip.

Krystal Charlotte, Founder of Journey into Breath and Alistair Moes, Founder of Moose Anger Management will be leading a group of 8 men through two days of personal growth work. The weekend will include two days from 10am – 6pm PST, that will consist of somatic exercises, deep therapeutic practices that help uncover whatever is blocking you from being true to yourself. Many men have discovered that these sessions assist them to identify what is holding them back from success in life, and how to overcome those blocks. Krystal will lead the group through breathwork to integrate the inspiration and personal growth that occurs each day.

Many of us carry pain, fear, shame, and grief beneath the surface, hidden in the shadows of our past experiences. These emotions shape our reactions, impact our relationships, and often keep us stuck in cycles that no longer serve us. This two-day Shadow Work Weekend is an opportunity to break free.

We are intentionally limiting the group size to ensure that every man experiences meaningful work and personal breakthroughs. This is not just a workshop—it is an invitation to deeply reconnect with yourself, understand your emotions, and reclaim your power.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Guided by Alistair Moes & Krystal Charlotte, this weekend will take you on a journey of self-exploration, emotional release, and transformation.

🔹 Gestalt-Based Shadow Work: Alistair will guide you through a conversation with the hurt parts of yourself, helping you uncover long-held wounds and offer yourself the care and understanding you needed as a child and still need today.
🔹 Breath Work: Krystal’s work is rooted in nervous system repatterning, somatic integration, and the path of reconnecting to our embodied wholeness.

🔹 Camaraderie & Deep Connection: You will not walk this path alone. You will experience the power of group work—where men come together to witness, support, and encourage each other in a way that fosters profound healing and transformation.

Men who have attended past workshops describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control of their emotions. They walk away with deep insights into how their past has shaped them and tools to move forward with greater confidence and peace.
