An evening of culture, connection and flavour awaits with an intimate, long-table dinner in honour of Menang Country at Rustlers. Beginning with a Welcome to Country and an amuse bouche, experience local bush foods and Great Southern produce over three courses, accompanied by local beverages from Gilbert Wines, Monty’s Leap Wines, Wilson Brewing, Limeburners, and Woodlands Distillery. Hear from the Menang People as they share stories of traditional foraging and preparation, and discover how Rustlers have woven these ingredients into each dish through their ongoing collaboration with local Menang elder Aunty Vern Gillies.
