Whether yoga is brand new to you or you're a seasoned practitioner, this inclusive 1-hour outdoor class will take you on a profound journey of fat liberation and self-acceptance. Led by Fat Positive Instructor, , we'll explore an energizing vinyasa sequence amplified by rocket yoga's dynamic transitions and intense backbends. But don't worry - modifications will be provided so all bodies feel accommodated.
No need for props - just bring your yoga mat and water to stay hydrated. However, if you have any props that assist with modifications, feel free to bring those too!
As we breathe and move together, you'll be guided to:
- Shed rigid bodily expectations and internalized body shame
- Tune into your body's unique wisdom and intuitive movements
- Cultivate profound self-compassion from the inside out
