About this Event
Join us once again for the Flamenco Festival Juerga (Jam / After Party)!
This year, Fin de Fiesta is proud to collaborate with Flamenco Festival London to bring you our Flamenco Festival Sessions: a series of events designed to take flamenco beyond the stage and back into the heart of the community. From workshops and artist encounters to late-night gatherings, these sessions offer a chance to experience the festival in a more intimate, participatory way.
And what better way to kick things off than with our legendary Juerga?
Join us on Saturday 20th June from 10:30pm to 2:00am at The Peacock (just a 5-minute walk from Sadler's Wells). Whether you're coming straight from Gala Flamenca, Califato, El Perrete, Esther Merino or simply following wherever the night takes you, you're invited to join our free juerga at any time.
❗❗ ENTRY IS FREE, BUT IF YOU LOVE WHAT WE DO AND WANT MORE, WE'D REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT! Choose a Community Supporter ticket and pay what you can :D Every bit helps us keep it going!🎉 ❗❗
Want to see what else is happening as part of the Flamenco Festival Sessions? Check out our full programme of workshops, special events, and late-night experiences taking place throughout the festival.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE JUERGA...
A juerga is a spontaneous and informal flamenco gathering full of music, dance, and shared joy. There's no fixed schedule, no stage, and no performance plan.
Instead, we begin the night with recorded music, drinks, dancing, and conversation. As the energy builds and inspiration strikes, musicians may start to play, dancers may rise to move, and singers may join in. Everything happens naturally, in its own time.
If you play an instrument, sing, dance, or simply love being part of the moment, you're welcome to join in. And if you're coming to enjoy the atmosphere, feel free to dance, clap, sing along, or simply soak it all in, everyone's part of the celebration.
While flamenco is at the heart of the night, all styles are welcome and embraced. This is a space for connection, creativity, community, and joy of life.
