Are you looking to get more active in a fun and friendly way? Do you love to move to the beat? FitSteps® is an energetic, upbeat dance class designed to achieve real, measurable, fitness results. The dance workout mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo steps of Latin dances to create fun-filled classes where you don’t even realise you’re getting fit!
Featuring dances that people recognise and love and without the need for a partner! It’s great fun to do whatever your age or ability.
The dance steps are repeated enabling more participants to have fun getting fit while learning classic dances of the ages.
You can find us at Wensum Community Centre, Hotblack Road, Norwich, NR2 4HG.
Classes are £6 each (payable by cash, card or bank transfer).
You should wear something comfortable to move in and bring some water to hydrate. Please make your instructor aware of any health issues before the class.
