Our Vinyasa based Yoga class emphasizes movement, breath, balance and FUN as we move through sequences meant to stretch and strengthen the body while opening the mind.
*BYOM* - (Bring Your Own Mat). We encourage you to bring a mat or blanket for comfort, mats will not be available.

Each week features a different workout, from yoga flows to high-energy HIIT, bodyweight bootcamps, and total-body sculpting sessions. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, it's a great way to get active and enjoy the summer.
