We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Cheektowaga Town Park on Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. for Les Mills® BodyBalance during #FitnessintheParks. This holistic fitness class combines elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, designed to strengthen the body, enhance flexibility and promote mental calmness and balance. The class emphasizes controlled breathing, concentration, and flowing movements to harmonize the body and mind.Class takes place between shelters 12 & 13 (park behind Reinstein Memorial Library). Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
