We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Garrison Park for Bootcamp every Monday at 6 p.m. during #FitnessintheParks. This popular class offers a challenging yet enjoyable workout that focuses on speed, endurance, agility, strength, power moves and cardiovascular training. It’s a full-body workout!Class takes place near the corner of Garrison Road and Park Drive. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Our 15th season of #FitnessintheParks features free outdoor fitness classes offered by Independent Health and YMCA Buffalo Niagara to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles. Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
