About this Event
FITNESS FUSION 2024 will be (2 ) full hours of fitness fun. There will be (4) fitness sets / (30) minutes each. Four Instructors / Four Styles - SO MUCH FUN!!! You can do 30 minutes, 1 hour or the FULL 2 hours. Whatever you decide, you have the option of Zumba, Hip Hop Dance, Step, or Yoga - or indulge in all (4).
The cost is $15 Pre-sale / $20 at the Door. Where else will you get so much fitness fun for that price? Featuring expert instructors from "Step 'N' Sip", "Inner Me Studios" and "Black Swan Yoga".
