You’ll rotate through stations including Stroller Strides, Strides 360, Stroller Barre, and Body Boost, each one designed to challenge, energize, and empower you.
Want an extra push? You’ll also have the option to run between stations with guidance from our Run Club coach!
After class, it’s time to celebrate YOU The first 25 moms will receive goody bags, and we’ll treat everyone to muffins and coffee from Direct Performance PT, plus a special surprise from our amazing sponsor Hummingbird Therapy 757.
