We strive to make our offerings accesible for all income levels and so we created sliding scale options in hopes that those who can contribute more will do so.
So get ready to break a sweat with our energetic instructors leading various Soca dance workout sessions.
And don't forget to bring a rag to wipe your sweat, your water to hydrate, and if needed, any health snacks to maintain your energy.
