This session is all about setting goals, building consistency, and starting strong, whether you’re chasing speed, fitness, or just showing up for yourself and the community.West Valley Running Club workouts are just $10 for the entire year, giving you access to our weekly track sessions and a supportive, all-levels running community.

Due to a soccer game, we’ll be using the lower field.
