First Sunday Community Meditation Gathering
Join us at Flow Yoga and Wellness on the first Sunday of each month for a welcoming community meditation gathering—a peaceful afternoon dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and nourishing your inner life.
When: 1:00 PM on the first Sunday of each month

Cost: Donation-based
Details: Chairs, back jacks, and meditation cushions are provided. No meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome.
The 75 minnute gathering begins at 1:00 pm and includes:
- Connection with others who value mindfulness, presence, and authentic community
- Expert guidance and practical tips to help make meditation natural, accessible, and meaningful
- A guided 20-minute meditation exploring a variety of techniques drawn from ancient wisdom and modern mindfulness practices
Whether you're completely new to meditation or have practiced for years, you are welcome. You'll discover simple yet powerful ways to navigate stress and uncertainty with greater ease while cultivating inner peace, self-awareness, and compassion.
Meditating together offers a unique sense of support and connection. Along with developing your personal practice, you'll become part of a thoughtful and compassionate community dedicated to living with greater presence and heart.
About Sarah McLean
For more than 30 years, Sarah McLean has devoted her life to the study, practice, and teaching of meditation and contemplative living. Her journey has included living in an ashram in India, a two-year residency in a Zen Buddhist monastery, and time in a Transcendental Meditation community. She also served as Program Director for Deepak Chopra's Ayurveda wellness center and directed the School for Byron Katie's The Work.
