Spend your February First Friday at the Barnes immersed in art, music, and community!On Friday, February 6, we welcome Küf Knotz & Christine Elise, a genre-defying duo whose sound moves effortlessly between hip-hop, soul, classical, and new age traditions. Named Best Rapper in Philadelphia magazine’s Best of Philly, Kuf Knotz & Christine Elise blend spiritually charged lyrics and lo-fi beats with classically trained harp, piano, vocals, and a background in music therapy. Together, their performances are expansive, meditative, and deeply moving.
First Friday also includes after-hours access to the Barnes collection and our special exhibition, “Henri Rousseau: A Painter’s Secrets,” along with cocktails and light fare available for purchase. Seating is limited.
