First Flow with Sara

This is my first official group Pilates class and the beginning of something bigger.

After years of working in tech and navigating lower back flare-ups, I shifted toward movement with more intention. Pilates became part of my life first for strength, then for clarity, then for confidence. Now I’m stepping into teaching.

First Flow with Sara is an intimate Mat Pilates class designed to feel supportive, grounded, and welcoming.

This is not about perfection. It’s about showing up, moving with control, and building strength from the inside out.

What to Expect:

• 50-minute guided mat Pilates class

• Focus on core strength, posture, controlled movement, and a strong spine

• All levels welcome

• Small group setting (limited to 10 spots)

• A thoughtful goodie bag to celebrate the first flow

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before 11 AM. Doors will close after 11:05 AM.
