First Draft Presents is a monthly storytelling show, celebrating the true stories of queer and female creatives. With a new theme each month, we give storytellers a space to share a variety of first-draft-nonfiction in an open-mic format. Stories range from hilarious, often embarrassing anecdotes, to vulnerable and heart wrenching revelations.

We’re honored to cultivate this burgeoning artistic community in Atwater Village, where listeners and storytellers can come together to laugh, cringe, cry and drink wine!

About The Venue

baby battista is the downstairs bar located inside nico's in Atwater Village. The bar at baby battista is open at 5 so feel free to swing by before and grab a drink and a snack before the show! Doors for shows open 15 minutes before start time.
