The First Coast AIDS Walk exists to raise funds and awareness to support people with HIV in Northeast Florida by helping remove barriers to care—especially access to identification, essential documents, and life-stabilizing services.The Walk honors those we have lost, uplifts those we serve, and strengthens a community where dignity, access, and compassion are for everyone.
