In the short film "DO TANGERINES FEEL ASHAMED WHEN THEY ARE NAKED?", the abstract concept of female shame is personified as a figure that intrudes into the protagonist's life. Shame forces her to confront her own vulnerability, intimacy and social taboos. She takes control, manipulates the space and exposes shameful objects. Through a mix of absurd and unsettling moments, the conflict between the protagonist and shame escalates into an intense dynamic. The film humorously and profoundly explores the interplay between rejecting and accepting this emotion, leaving room for interpretation on how we can deal with shame in our everyday lives.
