The Yoga Rooms Partners with Firefly Sisterhood for Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October!!We are incredibly honored to share that we will be partnering with Firefly Sisterhood this October for Breast Cancer Awareness month. Firefly Sisterhood is a nonprofit that fosters one-to-one connections between people impacted by breast cancer and inspirational survivors and thrivers that serve as their Peer Mentor Guides. Their goal is a future where no one faces breast cancer alone.
As a local, community based studio that thrives off connection and supporting one another, we feel so grateful and excited to invite everyone to The Yoga Rooms for a donation-based all levels Yoga class on Saturday, Oct. 4th at 1:30pm.
Join Maddi Herzfeld as she guides you through gentle movement with yummy stretches and plenty of time to breathe. You will use the support of yoga props like blocks and myofascial balls to stretch, open, and nourish every part of your body. We will end class with a guided sound bath meditation with crystal singing bowls and kochi chimes. No experience needed!
All month long we will be collecting donations for Firefly Sisterhood. Starting Oct 1., you can drop off cash donations at the front desk or scan Firefly’s Sisterhood QR code to donate to them directly. A special thank you/shout to our lovely member and project manager of Firefly Sisterhood, Grace McConnell, for making this connection happen!
