About this Event
Join us for a free, all levels yoga class hosted in partnership with Yess Yoga. This class is open to everyone, no matter what shape, size, and ability.
While the class is free, donations are welcome and will support The Joy Project, an organization that promotes body positivity and health at every size. Donations will be going towards research that aims to understand how people with lived eating disorders define what recovery really means. This can potentially help treatment centers and recovery programs focus their resources on treatments that actually work rather than harm.

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle for a rejuvinating and fun yoga experience while giving back to the community!
There will be limited space so please sign up so that the studio is aware of how many will be attending. Walk ins are welcome if there is space. Please come 10-15 minutes early to complete a waiver that the studio requires.
