The place where all things are possible. Where all information exists as available. Both that which has passed, and that which is yet to come. Living, now, in us.
The field of epigenetics tells us that we can turn on and turn off gene expression. We now know that fascia is our bodys most important information superhighway. But did you know that it crosses the cell membrane and wraps around our DNA strands as well? I think this is the fundamental reason behind why Family Constellations work. The intense emotions experienced in constellations use our fascia to hook up to the intense emotional experiences of our ancestors and suddenly we can heal them, and change our gene expression, healing us in real time. It is no longer hocus pocus, but science.
But, did you know, that this work can be used beyond the limits of trauma work? It can. And it is beautiful.
Join me, as we let the horses speak. Let them tell you things you and your heart need to hear. And together we will experience something that is, well, not only strengthening, but potentially reality shattering. Together.

Who am I?
I am Anna, a 62 year old aging hippie freak from Colorado with tons of education and a seriously lived life behind me. I am a Registered Nurse certified in Scarwork, a Waldorf Pre-School teacher, a Family Constellations Facilitator with my own method, an Applied Somatics teacher, a Somatic Transgenerational Trauma therapist, a student of Vaajma Craniosacral training, a Circle of Security Facilitator, a dancer and have an award winning garden with over 1000 visitors every summer.
