Frivillige lag og foreninger, offentlige aktører og store og små organisasjoner går sammen og fyller Trondheim Spektrum med forskjellige aktiviteter innen kultur, idrett, friluftsliv og frivillighet.
Alle vil at DU skal komme og finne fram i fritidstilbudene som finnes i byen!
