ABOUT GROOVE

Spring is HERE - let's inject the darkness and be the LIGHT! Join local GROOVE Master Trainer Liz Zdunich, for a high energy party on the DANCEfloor! Fingerlights, your favourite tunes and dancing your heart out...your Wednesday night never felt soooo good!
Let's come together to unite, celebrate, connect, play, heal, and get healthy through dance. GROOVE is a delicious and unique way that makes dance easy, accessible and fun for everyone.
Movements are purpose-driven and are designed to build strength in a full range of motion, so that you can feel stable and strong, and live a healthier, more vibrant life! GROOVE incorporates aspects from yoga/pilates/dance/fitness etc. We will learn simple and easy moves from a variety of different dance styles (Hip Hop, Urban, House, Jazz, Bollywood, Latin, African, Contemporary, Swing, Disco and many more!) inspired by all different genres of music with beats you cannot resist!
A ridiculous fun injection into your week...Absolutely NO experience or co-ordination necessary...this class is perfect for everyBODY!

Location: Sunset Labs - 400 Herald Street, Victoria, BC (at the end of Herald st. through the gates - someone will come up to the gate to greet you starting at 6:15pm)
*NOTE there will be no late entry into class - please arrive on time!

This class is by donation - and no donation is required to attend. Times have been rough for many of us, and we are all needing community so please don't let finances be a barrier to connecting.
