Understanding Yourself with MBTI
This session is an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and what makes you tick. Through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, you will explore patterns in how you take in information, make decisions, and connect with others.
Many people find it both reassuring and eye-opening to see their preferences reflected back so clearly. The aim is not to label or limit you, but to highlight your natural strengths and shed light on the areas that may take more conscious effort. You will come away with a clearer sense of how you work best, what energises you, and how you can communicate and collaborate more effectively with others.
How it works
When you book the Assessment and Feedback session, you will receive an email from the Assessment Centre with your personal link within 24 hours. Simply complete the online Assessment on or before the 3 December.
On the workshop day, you will join a small participants group where we will explore our Types together. You will start to recognise how your own Type approaches challenges, where it finds energy, and how you can develop the parts of yourself that are less familiar or less naturally used.
Afterwards, you are welcome to book a one-to-one conversation by phone, Zoom, or in person if you would like to go a little deeper or ask questions. There is no extra cost for this follow-up, as it is all part of helping you get the most from the experience.
