Into the Stillness is a Meditation & Relaxation studio that promotes slowing down, going within & finding clarity.
It is situated waterside in St Georges Basin.
It has a magical calming energy & is the perfect place to attend a "Finding Your Stillness" retreat.
So how do you find stillness?
Do you stop & watch the beautiful flow of your inward & outward breath moving through your body?
Perhaps you take yourself to a quiet place by the water & feel the serenity.
At this amazing retreat you can do both, as well as learn new ways to quieten the mind & create your own awareness of what it means to be still for you on your journey.
Finding stillness can mean many things & there are many ways that you can find it.
This will be the guiding light throughout the day.
Starting with your arrival in the safe space that is Into the Stillness.
Settling in with grounding & energy work.
Moving into the day you can expect-
Learning, chatting, sharing ideas, wholesome homemade food and gentle guided meditations.
We will have the lovely Lyndall from Wild Nurturing here sharing her wisdom with a Rest n Restore workshop in the morning.
There will opportunities to journal with cuppas, ponder oracle cards & totally surrender to be held in the gentle arms of sound as you float with a nurturing Sound Bath.

This includes teas, delicious homemade lunch & afternoon tea.
We have mats, cushions, blankets, all you need to bring is your water bottle & a journal.
