Finding Your Power - Group Sound Healing

In this edition of a monthly group sound healing, we will focus on enabling the power within us to emerge, through the use of sound and tuning forks to adjust the frequencies within our biofield to the left side of the solar plexus chakra.

Through this group Biofield Tuning session, we address issues with feeling powerless, self-esteem, goal setting and fining a sense of achievement. This area of the biofield can also be associated with our relationship with our mothers.

Those who are seeking more inner strength, initiative, confidence and the ability to set and meet goals will potentially gain shifts in their energetic system to achieve a greater sense of power and purpose.

Biofield Tuning is a sound healing modality that uses tuning forks to identity stuck points of energy in the energetic field surrounding our bodies and flowing through them, bring these into harmony and restore flow to our energetic systems. These areas of disharmony in our fields are created due to traumas and difficult experiences that are stored as energetic memories in our biofields. Once they are tuned and resolved, that frozen energy can be restored to flow within our energetic system, bringing greater energy, clarity, health and wellbeing to our bodies and minds.
