Sound bath meditation to connect with water in Oahu, Hawaii

I offer a monthly Sunday evening sound bath and meditation experience that supports gently closing the month and entering the new one with clarity, ease, and grounded presence. My sound baths are not only designed to feel relaxed and balanced, but also come with teachings for personal growth and to amplify your consciousness. In March, we would learn about the element of Water and how to bless this vital liquid in our bodies, and what we should do before we ingest it. Through crystal singing bowls, conscious sound, and guided meditation, participants are invited into a state of deep relaxation where stress softens, the nervous system settles, and awareness returns to the body. I intend to help people find that sweet spot between rest and awareness, reconnect with water, and remember their inherent sense of wholeness. This offering is accessible to all levels and held as a calm, contemplative space for renewal and integration.

• Yoga mat (This center has yoga mats, but not enough for everybody)
• Cozy pillow
• Eye mask (recommended for a better experience)

Detailed driving and parking instructions:

• From Judd St, turn right or left depending on which direction you are coming from.
• Drive straight up hill, you will see the center in front of you at the end of the ramp (follow the red dots).
• You can park along the ramp, in the parking stalls closer to the Center (only like 6), or on the hill (parking is pointed with the blue lines).
• After parking, use the stairs on the side of the building to go to the Meditation Center.
