This class breaks down the practical and creative reasons for selecting specific lenses—from wide-angle perspectives that capture expansive scenes to telephoto lenses that isolate distant subjects.

Through real-world examples and visual comparisons, attendees will learn how focal length, depth of field, and lens characteristics influence composition, mood, and narrative.

By the end of the session, participants will better understand how to match the right “glass” to the shot they want to create.

Karla Campos Is a Sony Tech Specialist and member of Sony Imaging Solutions. With over 10 years of photography experience, Karla has developed her passion for photography through storytelling. Stories are what drive her photography. Karla loves meeting new people and spreading her knowledge and passion for photography with others. She loves to travel and has the opportunity to do so as a Sony Camera Tech Rep. Karla enjoys sharing her knowledge of the latest products and technology in photography with dealers and customers.
