About Simone Meyer:
Qualified Counsellor, wellbeing consultant and trainer.
Simone Meyer is a Qualified Counsellor, wellbeing consultant and trainer. She currently works as a Wellbeing Trainer and Product Marketing Lead at Plumm, and is passionate about creating a welcoming space for individuals to feel seen, heard and understood. She loves facilitating Mental Health and HR Trainings/Workshops, and writes content that empowers, inspires and motivates others to take ownership of their mental health journeys and encourages others to do the same.
Simone is a qualified Counsellor and Trainer with a degree in Psychology and a postgrad in Psychological Counselling, and alongside her day job, counsels and coaches individuals and couples.
