The world is asking a lot of our nervous systems. This space asks us to pause, breathe, and be in community. Through gentle, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, we will create space for rest, connection, and finding our way back to center.
This space honors and is for those who are most impacted by oppressive systems. If you do not identify within that group please allow space for those who are to join the class.
