New to dance, Pilates, and yoga? That’s OKAY, NO experience is necessary!

EVENT AGENDA: This event will begin with a group meditation led by a meditation instructor. Then we will get our blood flowing with an upbeat dance class, broken down step-by-step by the talented Julie Nyugen (Denver). Following yoga, get ready to activate your core with Pilates with the lovely Jen Donahue (Castle Rock). We will end with a relaxing yoga experience led by the instructors of Wild Souls Yoga. Your experience includes a wellness gift bag filled with new products to enhance your self-care routine.
Following all three classes, stay and shop at our Wellness Vendor Village inside The Source Hotel.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Mindful movement, the opportunity to connect to a conscious community, light breathwork, meditation, and joy!
PLEASE BRING: Water, a yoga mat, shoes to dance in, anything that makes you comfortable.

- This event will be hosted at The Source Hotel in the Rino Ballroom event space in Denver.
- The event will start promptly at 9 am. Feel free to arrive early.
- Dress comfortably for floor seating & movement.
- Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
- You may wish to bring a pen/pencil and a notebook for journaling/reflection.
