About this Event

Find Your Voice - with Claire McCollum and Louise Brogan

This in-person event will give you the tools and confidence to communicate effectively and make your voice heard. Join a room full of supportive, encouraging women who all have a shared goal - to get more speaking opportunities and to deliver clear, well presented talks AND raise their visibility both in person and online.

Do you feel your stomach flip when asked to speak in front of a room?
Do you find yourself avoiding opportunities to present at work, pitch your business, or step onto a stage?

You’re not alone – but you are capable of finding your voice.

This brand-new speaking network for women in Belfast is here to help you step into your confidence, whether you’re addressing a boardroom, leading a client meeting, or speaking at a major event.

Why Find Your Voice?

Public speaking is one of the most powerful skills you can develop in business – yet for so many women, it feels out of reach. Together, we’re changing that.

Our sessions are designed especially for women in business, professional, education and public settings who want to build their confidence in speaking within a supportive and inclusive community.

This workshop is led by two women who know exactly what it takes to build confidence and deliver with clarity, presence, and impact:

Claire McCollum – Broadcaster & Presenter

For over 20 years, Claire has been a familiar voice and face across radio and television in Northern Ireland and beyond (Downtown, UTV, BBC Proms, Tall Ships, Olympic Flame).
But confidence didn’t come overnight. From stumbling through role call at school to standing in front of an audience of 10,000 at Proms in the Park, Claire has learned the techniques, mindset, and preparation it takes to shine on stage.

Now she’s sharing those gems with you – so you can feel empowered, equipped, and in control at your next speaking opportunity.

Louise Brogan – International Speaker, Podcaster, YouTuber and LinkedIn Consultant

As CEO of Louise Brogan Ltd, Louise helps women raise their visibility online and off. An international speaker (Social Media Marketing World, TubeFest, Women in Finance), podcaster, and consultant for companies like the BBC, BT, and the Law Society, Louise knows how to communicate your message with impact – whether that’s in a LinkedIn post, a pitch, or on stage.

Louise will show you how to align your voice with your professional goals, so every speaking opportunity becomes a way to grow your confidence, authority, and career.
