About this Event
Ever tried to journal and gave up five minutes in?
You're not alone. The blank page can feel like a test nobody told you how to pass.
Find Your Story is a free 90-minute creative workshop built around one question: What's the story you've been carrying but haven't known how to tell?
Come write. Come process. Come figure it out. No experience required.
WHAT THIS IS
Find Your Story is guided by The Authentic Story Framework — five prompts designed to help you uncover, shape, and begin telling the story only you can tell.
Whether you want to turn a personal experience into a short film, find a new way to journal, or just finally get something out of your head and onto a page — this workshop was built for you.
It's part creative writing session, part expressive therapy, part community. All of it is free.
Download your free copy of The Authentic Story Framework or pickup a paper copy on site: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/181r-RzwDXsDX2UWyKfKfSwKEpW0Lhx-c?usp=sharing
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH
✦ A clearer sense of the story you've been sitting on
✦ Five written prompts you can keep building on after the workshop
✦ A take-home copy of The Authentic Story Framework workbook
✦ Connection with a community doing the same honest work
WHO THIS IS FOR
Writers who freeze at the blank page. Journalers who gave up five minutes in. Filmmakers looking for the personal story only they can make. People who've been through something real and haven't had a safe place to put it yet.
You don't have to be any particular kind of creative. You just have to have lived something.
This workshop is open to everyone.
FEATURING
Theresa White Licensed Drama Therapist
Theresa brings a clinical lens to creative expression — meaning this isn't just a writing exercise. It's a facilitated space where going to hard places is safe, supported, and intentional. She has collaborated with the Finding Inspiration Foundation before, and we're glad to have her back in the room.
