This event is all about helping you find your inner glow through a combination of yoga, skincare and self-care.
Treat yourself to a relaxing yoga flow to center your mind and body, helping you to reflect on your self-care intentions that prioritise your wellbeing. Suitable for all levels including beginners new to yoga, your experienced instructor Christa will guide you through a series of mindful poses connected to your breath.
You will then have the opportunity to receive a personalised skin consultation and bespoke treatment from MG Skincare. Meet your yoga teacher: Christa is a yoga teacher and mental health pharmacist passionate about integrating holistic approaches to enhance physical and mental wellness. She believes in empowering individuals to explore movement, breathwork and deep self-reflection to support a journey of wellbeing on a metaphysical level. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals with their mental and physical health, she brings a unique understanding to wellbeing. Her mission is to share holistic wellbeing practices and raise mental health awareness.
