Ready to move beyond basic pull-ups and dips? Join us for a two-hour workshop dedicated to the art of freestyle calisthenics. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your flow, this session is designed for every level. We’ll focus on building a strong technical foundation, finding your own rhythm, and having fun on the bars.

What We’ll Explore Together
- The Building Blocks (All Levels): We’ll break down the "language" of freestyle. Beginners will learn to safely navigate the bars, while more experienced athletes will focus on refining the clean transitions that make a sequence look effortless.
- Unlocking Creativity: Forget rigid routines. We’ll practice "flow drills" to help you stop thinking about the next move and start feeling the momentum.
- Technical Coaching & Feedback: Receive real-time adjustments to ensure you’re moving efficiently, preventing injury, and building the right habits from day one.
