Nutrition series Part 3: What To Eat?

In Part 1 we discussed Why We Eat and in Part 2 we explored the truth behind some of the common nutrition myths that circulate.

In part 3, the final part of the series, we will look at what to eat to best support a healthy lifestyle.

More starch or less starch?

How many vegetables should I eat?

Is breakfast the most important meal of the day?

Should I be eating 3 meals a day?

How much protein should I include with my meal?

We will look at these questions and much more so that you can leave with a clearer idea of what your meals might look like. It is important to remember that there is not a one size that fits all, however, there are some common themes that are beneficial to all. We want you to be clearer about what will support your ability to achieve optimal health and for you to be able to reduce the impact of chronic ill health or developing it.

Ultimately, we want to empower you so that you are able to make informed decisions about what goes on your plate so you can eat with confidence at home or when you are out and about.
