About this Event
Loosely based on a true story of the Golden Gate Fruit and Vegetable Market in Brooklyn, this romantic comedy tells the story of an Italian American family whose patriarch refuses to give up his store to developers who want to gentrify the neighborhood. It is a heartfelt story focusing on the love of father and son, family, friends and community as they unite together to keep their beloved store alive for future generations.
