Hi friends! and Butterboy Baking Co. are teaming up to bring you a Filipino dinner party experience. Chef Erika is back, the kitchen’s wide open, the menu’s bigger, and the flavors are bolder. Get ready for an intimate evening of food, stories, and community at the table.

This supper club is all about slowing down and savoring. Guests will be welcomed with a signature sip from (NA option available too), then sit down for a cozy, family-style meal celebrating comfort, nostalgia, and playful takes on Filipino flavor. Each course is meant to spark connection as much as it fills your plate.

• Shrimp Lumpia - with sweet chili sauce
• Ensaladang Mangga - mangoes, singkamas, aromatics and fish sauce crunch
• Inihaw na Mais - with coconut cream sauce (ginataan)
• Sinigang Tofu (possibly fish too) - in tamarind broth and veggies
• BBQ Braised Pork Ribs - filipino style bbq with coconut turmeric rice and green sauce

• Halo-halo with Ube flan cake
