Join us at art gallery Art/Space 114 for an intimate, candle-lit figure drawing experience led by renowned LA artist Tod Lychkoff. Set in the gallery mezzanine, this unique evening unfolds amidst the evocative backdrop of Darkness and Light, the gallery’s upcoming exhibition.

Designed to spark creativity, connection, and artistic exploration, this session welcomes all skill levels—from experienced artists to those picking up a pencil for the first time. Guided by Lychkoff, you’ll explore the fundamentals of figure drawing in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.

Enjoy fine wine and thoughtfully curated bites as you sketch, share in conversation, and immerse yourself in the timeless art of capturing the human form. All materials are provided—just bring your curiosity and creativity.

Terms and Conditions – Figure & Form

1. Liability for Damages By attending this event, participants agree to respect the gallery space, exhibited artwork, and provided materials. Any damage caused to artwork, gallery property, or materials is the sole responsibility of the attendee responsible for the damage. The attendee agrees to cover the costs of repair or replacement as determined by the gallery. The gallery is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

2. Conduct & Etiquette Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the space, the artwork, and fellow attendees. Disruptive behavior, including excessive intoxication, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow gallery guidelines, may result in removal from the event without a refund. Attendees may not touch exhibited artwork or handle any materials beyond those provided for the event.

3. Participation Agreement This event is designed as a creative experience and not a formal class. All skill levels are welcome, and participants acknowledge that results may vary based on individual experience. Attendees assume all risks related to participation, including but not limited to spills, allergies related to provided wine and snacks, and minor accidents such as tripping over materials. The gallery is not liable for any injuries sustained during the event.

4. Media & Photography Release The gallery may capture photographs and videos during the event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, participants grant the gallery license to use their likeness in marketing materials unless they submit a written request to opt out before the event. Attendees may take personal photos solely during the designated 30-minute mingle session but are strictly prohibited from photographing or recording while the figure model is present.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy All ticket sales are final. Individual ticket refunds will not be provided if an attendee cannot attend. Refunds or alternative event dates will only be offered if the gallery cancels or reschedules the event.

6. Acknowledgment of Terms By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the event without compensation.
