Aah!, Gnocchi, these pillowy potato dumplings are in a pasta category of their own! In this class you will learn how easy it is, and fun to prepare gnocchi from scratch. You will knead, form, and cook the gnocchi. You will walk away with an understanding of the importance of the ingredients used and how to pick the best potatoes for making gnocchi at home. Learn to master the recipe for handmade gnocchi in the most authentic way. Guests will learn to make a brown butter sage sauce to accompany your freshly made Gnocchi.
All ingredients are easily available at local grocery stores or even in your own home right now so impressing your friends and family with your incredible pasta making skills has never been easier!
No experience needed! All ingredients and cooking equipment is provided for you so all that’s needed is a passion for food and a willingness to learn something new. From the budding chef who wants to expand on their culinary prowess to the person who has never picked up a spatula, this class caters to all and welcomes all levels of learning!
To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+.
