Professional Goal Setting and Strategic Planning Workshop
Whether you are running a business, training for a marathon, going to college, or working towards any milestone, you will have a mix of supporters, people that tell you "it's too hard," and some haters. Shine brighter by adding fuel to the fire.

GOAL SETTING: Document broad goals. We will break each goal down into specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) objectives.
STRATEGY: Keep our goals in mind as we review the sections of a strategic plan, and how to complete each section.
ROUND TABLE:Turning doubt into fuel. Maybe you have a rebellious side, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Persistent Drive for Autonomy, or you simply like proving people wrong. We are going to discuss a healthy and positive way to use doubt as motivation. Yes, even if it was your ex that doubted you. We are not going to let anger or resentment drain us on the way to our goals.NETWORKING: Support, motivation and collaboration. We will have time to network before we close out the evening and enjoy the beautiful evening in San Diego California
